We accept refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged Products : If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing errors.
- Defective Items : If there is a clear defect (e.g., misprinted design, missing components).
- Incorrect Orders : If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong product, size, or design).
Note : We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordered the wrong size, color, or style.
- Changed your mind after purchase.
- Personalized or custom designs (unless defective).
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues.
- Late claims will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, follow these steps:

- For multiple affected items, include one photo or video showing all items in a single frame.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances
- For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in design alignment are not considered defects.
- Slight color differences may occur due to monitor settings or printing processes. These are not grounds for a refund.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Processing times:
- Refunds to your original payment method may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
- Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If your order is marked as “undeliverable” or “returned to sender,” you can choose between:
- A reprint (additional shipping charges may apply).
- A partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
7. Non-Returnable Items
- All sales are final for personalized or custom-designed products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Customer Responsibility
- Double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes or colors.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
